Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice. Vecco High Performance Engineering, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall refund the amount promptly.

International

Brokerage, duty and other fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or pre-pay these charges. Please check with your government customs officials to find out how much these charges might be prior to ordering. We ships merchandise only to locations within the Contiguous United States and not to international locations unless special arrangements have been made. Nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands unless special arrangements are made. We charge sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order without release of the given cause. We screen all orders for possibly fraudulent activities, and report all such activities to the appropriate law officials and credit agencies.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item simply return it within 30 days from transaction date for a replacement or refund of purchase, whichever you prefer (excluding shipping charges). Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, paperwork and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges only. If you received the wrong item, the correct item cannot be sent out until the incorrect part is returned. Credits or exchanges can't be issued for improperly packed items. Returned merchandise may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Turbochargers, turbo kits, items with 3rd party warranties and complex items with moving parts can be refunded less 30% restocking fee. Used, damaged, modified or incomplete items can't be accepted. No returns or refunds will be accepted on modified, "Custom" or "special order” items, and some turbocharger orders. Due to the custom nature of some items, not all products are returnable.

Custom & Special Order Parts / Turbochargers

We are more than happy to help you complete your project or buildup with providing you with the exact components you desire. Sometimes this requires a custom ordered part. All parts that are custom ordered/special ordered have an estimated time of arrival 1-6 weeks (ETA). The estimated time of arrival is at the mercy of the manufacture of the part. During peak times, or for especially exotic parts it can possibly take longer. We are not given a guaranteed time of arrival (GTA) from manufactures for such custom items, and therefore we cannot pass on any guarantees on the exact date. This is information that we simply pass on from the supplier of the custom part. If we are the manufacture of the custom part the same applies. Any part not normally stocked may fall into this category. Custom ordered parts can be refunded at anytime if the item hasn’t shipped or the production hasn’t started. Once a custom ordered item has shipped, or the manufactory process has started, order cancellation may not be possible since the item will arrive shortly. We do everything we can to help make delivery as fast as possible. Please understand the nature of a custom ordered part; we ask not to plan any race, car show, dyno day, holiday present, or gift around estimated times of arrival (ETA).

Shipping/Refused/Unclaimed Packages

Most items are in stock and ship within 24-48 hours. Shipping estimated time of arrival is 3-7 Business Days for the Continental United States. We do not guarantee any shipping times. Items that are 'special order' , 'custom order' or 'built to order' must be completed in house or sent to our warehouse to complete the transactions. These items can take an estimated 1-6 weeks to arrive (ETA). Most back orders are filled in 1-3 weeks. Shipping charges may vary in some cases. We will contact you immediately if there are any changes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your package is returned to us "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to, but not limited to an unauthorized cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address etc) we cannot be held responsible for original shipping charges, re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item. Re-routing fees will be charged to your credit card. We are not responsible if a refused or unclaimed package is no longer wanted by the customer. Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

Any remarks, suggestions, ideas, pictures and data submitted by you to Vecco High Performance Engineering, Inc. through this Website or other affiliated websites shall be and remain the exclusive property of Vecco High Performance Engineering, Inc. You represent and warrant to Vecco High Performance Engineering, Inc, and accept responsibility for, the accuracy, appropriateness and legality of the Messages. Your submission of such Messages shall constitute an assignment to Vecco High Performance Engineering, Inc. of all worldwide right, title and interest in and to all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Messages.
